D+HC conducts field inspections and annual inspections of door openings for compliance and deficiencies of Fire, Egress, Smoke and ADA/Accessibility per model building and fire codes, NFPA-80, NFPA-101, NFPA-105, NFPA-252, UL10C, Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Joint Commission and Accessible Design. We also offer new construction punch list and back-punch list inspection deficiencies and recommended corrective actions.
